Gather Around the Table

A look inside the guided tastings and hands-on experiences that make Gâteau de Jil more than a slice of cheesecake.

A room gathered around flavor

A large-format Gâteau de Jil tasting brings guests together for a guided progression of cheesecake bites and wine.

The tasting begins before the first pour

Individual tasting mats organize each cheesecake bite and wine, giving guests a clear path through the pairing.

Cheesecake Like a Pro

Linda’s classes pair practical technique with an easygoing group experience—and a cheesecake to take home.

Bring the pairing experience to your table.
