Your order must be picked up before closing time on your scheduled pick up date. Please contact manager if changes must occur. We will hold your order up to 24 hours. We will not offer a refund for orders that are not picked up at its scheduled time. We will consider a store credit if circumstances were beyond your control. (Example: Weather, accident, death)
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the manager within 24 hours after your event's date. You will receive the offer of a full refund or replacement.
